Raynaud's Phenomenon
Cold triggers color changes and pain in the toes.
Raynaud's phenomenon causes episodes of reduced blood flow to the toes in response to cold or stress. The toes turn white, then blue, then red as blood flow returns. It can be primary (no underlying cause) or secondary to autoimmune conditions.
